1. Quotations & scope of work

Each engagement is based on a written quotation that describes the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and price. Accepting a quotation — whether verbally, in writing, or by making a payment — confirms that you agree to these terms for that engagement.

Any changes to the scope after a quotation has been accepted may affect both the price and the delivery timeline. Changes will be agreed in writing before they are implemented, and any additional work falls under the same payment terms set out below.

2. Essential Web Package

The Essential Web Package is priced at R999 and includes the design and build of your website.

The package includes:

• Domain registration — the initial registration of your domain is included for the first year.
• Domain renewal — after the first year, renewal of your domain becomes your responsibility, billed at R120 per year.
• Hosting — one year of web hosting is included. After the first year, hosting is billed at R39 per month.

Defined package prices may be adjusted without written notice to keep up with the cost of services, hosting and infrastructure. The price that applies is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

3. Payment terms

The following payment terms apply to all orders:

• For South African orders over R1,000 (R1,001 and above), a 50% deposit is required before any work is undertaken.
• For South African orders of R1,000 or less, payment is required in full before any work commences.
• For orders billed in any currency other than ZAR (for example USD), a 30% deposit is required before any work commences.
• Any remaining balance, where applicable, is due before the final delivery or handover of the work.

An order is only considered confirmed once the applicable deposit (or full payment, where required) has been received.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided as a standard practice. A refund may, however, be considered in special cases, including where:

• There is a significant delay caused on my side;
• The services provided do not meet your expectations, with a reasonable explanation provided on your side;
• I am unable to provide the full service specified in the quotation; or
• The services rendered do not match the description provided in the quotation.

Each refund request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables created for you transfers to you. Until such payment is received, all work remains the property of Zynteriq.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zynteriq may reference completed work in its portfolio and promotional material.

6. Amendments & governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page when you place your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
